With over 30 years of experience in the life sciences sector, Susanna has built her career across clinical research, regulatory affairs, vigilance, quality assurance and compliance management. Throughout her professional journey, she has held key roles within pharmaceutical and medical device companies, supporting the development, certification and maintenance of products in highly regulated markets. Today, she assists manufacturers and organizations in navigating complex regulatory frameworks, combining scientific expertise, regulatory knowledge and a practical approach to compliance and business growth.

Co-Founder & Food Regulatory Consultant
His Bachelor’s degree in Food Health and Safety from the University of Padua and his Master’s degree in Food Safety and Food Risk Management from the Universities of Parma and Bologna , which offers a truly international perspective through active collaboration with entities such as EFSA, SSICA, and numerous global corporations and experts, allow him to combine a high-level academic foundation with hands-on experience in quality assurance and food regulatory affairs. Drawing on his specialized training as an HACCP consultant and auditor, he expertly guides food businesses through regulatory compliance and risk management. His mission is to simplify complex legislative requirements for clients, providing dynamic, practical support that ranges from operational process safety to the formulation and market launch of innovative products and dietary supplements.

Michele Rizzo
CEO & Junior Consultant
A Law graduate, with a thesis in Banking Law focusing on fraud
in electronic payment systems, he is responsible for the company’s administrative and contractual matters. In this role, he draws on his legal expertise, analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
An AIS-certified Sommelier and Wine Expert holding the WSET
Level 3 Award in Wines, he also has extensive experience in the
wine industry. He supports wine producers, distributors and retailers by providing both technical and commercial consultancy services.
